Jason Orzechowski 
President and Founder

Before founding Chart Construction Management in 2004, Jason had over 25 years of first-hand experience as a Construction Manager in the most prominent and reputable construction management firms in Canada. As President and Chief Operating Officer, Jason brings this wealth of knowledge and experience to Chart Construction Management and is methodical in his approach to construction management and general contracting. Trust and transparency form the cornerstone on which Chart Construction Management is built upon, and Jason integrates these principles into the organizational culture ensuring construction projects are delivered according to client requirements and expectations.

Jack Reid
Operations Manager

As a LEED Accredited Professional, our Operations Manager Jack Reid has been with Chart Construction Management for over 12 years.  With a background in Engineering, Jack has completed countless projects ranging from small and delicate hospital renovations to large Greenfield new builds, for an array of clients.  With his meticulous approach and significant experience in the construction industry, Jack has a proven track record of successfully delivering projects for both the company and our clients.  He creates a collaborative environment, working closely with all stakeholders to ensure projects are completed with the highest standards of quality, and makes client satisfaction his number one priority.

Max Broyda
Field Operations Manager

Max has been with Chart Construction Management for over 12 years, starting out as a Senior Site Superintendent.  In his current role as Field Operations Manager, Max is responsible for quality control, overseeing daily on-site operations, and ensuring strict adherence to construction schedules.  Throughout his career, Max has completed numerous projects which vary in size and complexity and has a wealth of experience in construction management across multiple industries.  His vast technical knowledge, keen eye for quality, and strong attention to detail ensure all projects are always fully compliant and completed on time and on budget.
